You really want to link your daily life with your brain training, but you do not know how to? Here are some simple exercises that should be able to help you.
Our first advice is a really simple exercise which you can do whenever you want: handwriting. For one thing, it will allow to think about what you are about to write on paper before actually writing it, but it also forces you to think about how you are going to put your thoughts in sentence.
